Please guys watch out when doing the side plank bicycle. That’s a very tough exercise to do alone, without the help and guidance of an instructor. I was going to break the acetabulum connected to the upper leg, by doing that movement. She trains like this every day and each and every our of the day, understand where the limit of your body is.
